What To Expect
There are hundreds of possible misalignments we can identify and clear to promote physical health, mental wellness and abundance in your life. The Emotion & Body Code work on the principle of alignment. When your body is clear of all imbalances and operating at optimal levels it is able to fight off disease and more easily cope with daily stressors.
The Emotion & Body Code services can be performed in person or via proxy. Because energy travels and humans are all energetically connected, proxy work is just as effective as in person appointments.
What can I expect after a session?
The body requires a few days of healing time and you may feel some side-effects of processing the emotions that were just released. Most of the time, these effects are mild and go unnoticed. Depending on the emotions that are released and the sensitivity of each person, you may feel some negative symptoms such as echoes of the released emotion, depleted energy levels, heightened emotions, or even feelings of sickness. These unpleasant effects typically last only a day or two, if experienced at all. Many people report feeling lighter and sense feelings of relief.
How are trapped emotions identified?
Each emotion carries its own vibrational frequency. These frequencies are generated in our organs and held within our energetic field. Our body then manifests those trapped emotions as physical imbalances and distortions. We use muscle testing (applied kinesiology) to access the answers held in the subconscious mind to pinpoint where trapped emotions are located and when they were created. This information allows us to bring each emotion to the surface to be removed with intention.
How are trapped emotions released?
Once the trapped emotion is identified, we run a magnet over the governing meridian, which is the main channel of energy that runs throughout the body. Much like a magnet voids information from a credit card, we use a magnet to void the energy of a trapped emotion. By running a magnet over the governing meridian with the intention to release the trapped energy, we are able to completely dissipate that specific emotion and clear it from the energy field. We always check to confirm the energy is gone afterwards.
